An AI answering agent for your rideshare support line

Riders and drivers reach someone at any hour. The AI answers simple questions, takes a clear message for everything else and emails it to your support team, with safety calls marked.

Lost items: Takes what was lost, the ride date, time and pickup area, and the rider's callback number. Your team contacts the driver.

Charges and refunds: Takes the details of the ride and the charge. It never promises a refund; your team reviews it.

Complaints: Listens calmly and takes the details about a driver or rider. It never says what will happen to the other person.

Driver sign-up questions: Answers from your own facts: age, license, car, approval time and your driver plan. Anything else becomes a message.

App and account problems: Takes the details for your team. It can't see accounts, rides or payments, so it never guesses.

Booking by phone: Explains rides are booked in the app. For callers who can't use it, it takes pickup, drop-off and time for your team to call back.

Frequently asked questions

Can it book a ride or look up a trip?

Not yet. It isn't connected to your app, so it takes a message instead. Connecting to your system is possible later, if your app has an API for it.

Where do the messages go?

One email per call to your support address, with safety and urgent calls marked in the subject line. If you use a helpdesk that accepts email, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, point it there.

Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. It answers in English or Spanish, whichever the caller uses, with a Latin American Spanish setting. Try the demo in Spanish.

Which AI does it use?

A current Claude model from Anthropic answers your calls, with an OpenAI model as a backup if it is ever unavailable. We test both on your calls in English and Spanish before you go live.

Can callers reach a person?

If you give us an on-call number, it can pass safety and urgent calls to it. Otherwise it takes a message.

What does it cost?

A free 7-day test for up to 50 calls. Then $199 a month per support line, with 300 AI-answered minutes included and $0.25 a minute after that. If you expect thousands of calls a month, talk to us first.

Is the call recorded?

Yes, and every call says so at the start, as Florida and other all-party consent states require. We keep the call record for 7 days; your team keeps the email. Florida requires ride records to be kept for a year, so keep the emails or send them to your helpdesk.
