An AI answering agent for therapy and counseling practices

Therapists can't pick up during a session, so new clients reach voicemail and many don't call back. The AI answers, takes the message with care, and your practice calls back between sessions.

The AI was first written for primary care, and the parts that matter most for therapy are already built in: crisis callers are given 988 and told to call 911 in immediate danger, and it never confirms whether someone is a client. Before a therapy practice goes live, we review the wording with you and your clinical lead.

New client inquiries: Name, callback number, what they are looking for and how they heard about you, so you can call back prepared.

Scheduling messages: Requests to book, move or cancel a session go to your inbox. Your practice confirms the time.

Crisis calls: If a caller talks about suicide or harming themselves, it gives them 988 right away, and 911 if they are in immediate danger.

Privacy on every call: It never confirms whether someone is a client, and shares nothing about anyone.

Frequently asked questions

The test is free for 7 days, for up to 50 calls. After that it is $199 per location a month, with 300 minutes included and $0.25 a minute above that.

Does it give advice or do intake assessments?

Can it take insurance questions?

It can say which plans you accept, from the list you give us. It never promises coverage or a price.
